Our Process
1. Please complete the Submit Request form by clicking the TrialBound logo underneath ‘Let’s Get Started’ OR by going to the Submit Request option in the Menu.
2. A TrialBound paralegal will contact you within 2 hours to discuss the details of your project and your expectations.
3. TrialBound will negotiate pricing and determine if the cost of your project should be set at a flat rate or an hourly rate.
4. TrialBound will also provide a Scope of Work (“SOW”) email confirming and summarizing the scope of work to be performed. An SOW email will be sent to the Client by TrialBound after the discussion of every project.
5. If both parties agree to move forward, they will sign a Contract Agreement and a Non-Disclosure Agreement. These documents will only need to be completed once and are legally binding throughout all projects.
